牛排下锅的时候，火上来一下子烧到了锅内，很有大厨的感觉，

只是有点恐怖，我于是下意识对这锅内一吹，

没想到吹灭了一锅的火！

Just love Chile wine.

Mix 1 egg, 2 cup milk, 2 large spoon flour until smooth and fluid.

Cut the banana horizontally to 3 slices.

Pre-heat greased pan, pour in mixed flour to make a round crepe.

Once crepe has bubbles, flip side, slide to plate when ready.

Fry sugared banana slices, fry till soft.

Slide banana on crepe, roll, and Voila!

I believe one of the best definitions of clutter comes from Karen Kingston’s book Clear Your Clutter With Feng Shui. Here are her four categories of clutter:

• Things you do not use or love
• Things that are untidy or disorganized
• Too many things in too small a place
• Anything unfinished

These categories help us define for ourselves what is cluttering our own home.
I prefer this over other people tell ing me something is clutter and I should get rid of it, when for me it isn’t clutter. For example, most people would say that old magazines are clutter. Makes sense, except I have collected many issues of a particular decorating magazine that I love and regularly peruse again and again because I find doing so is peaceful to me. Old issues of this magazine also often sell for three times or more the regular cover price on eBay. I use and love this magazine, therefore it’s not clutter. However I recently tossed out many other old magazines I’ve collected because I wasn’t using them and didn’t love them.
When defining whether your own stuff is clutter simply ask yourself if it fits into one of these four categories.

可能因为去的都是常熟的新城区，不大的城市却有着小家碧玉般的惊喜。

昨天无意中在HBO看到了这部片子，半当中看起，没有交代清楚的开场白，看到的应该是小Edie风华正茂的鼎盛，和老Edie在Grey Gardens下坡路的开端。

起初吸引我的，是Edie那种饱满的口音，没有心肺的快乐、胆量和闯劲，冲向著名的制片人，不顾及周围的眼光和眼神，随性而起便载歌载舞。她说，最喜欢married man，因为他们慷慨大方，懂得爱人，又不粘人，给彼此空间，让自己有Career。

Who said girls can’t have it all, it’s definitely not Edie Beales.

没想到在鼎盛的短暂，便一路峰回路转，镜头切回到Maysles Brother的角度，小Edie还是对married man动了真情，又错失和制片人Audition的机会，大量的压力下开始掉头发，Mr. Beales过世，Trust Fund用完，老Edie坚守着代表自己的Grey Gardens，于是一落千丈便从此开始。

两人不断的埋怨，老Edie告诉小Edie：

Yes，you had your moment, but you missed it.

整部片子有个镜头非常有趣，依旧风华正茂的小Edie去买猫食和冰激凌，回来的路上遇到一个三岔路口，一路通向New York 114号公路，一路回去Grey Gardens。小Edie看了一眼八卦杂志上的当红明星，一换挡奔着New York去了，顿时，她的脸上绽放了笑容，坚定的一甩手指向前，Yes，she didn’t miss the moment，不是奔着audition，是奔着married man，只是她got it wrong。

不过当Maysles Brother开始在远处偷拍，头发掉光年华不再的小Edie这次没有miss the moment，请他们进来喝一杯茶，Jackie O落魄远亲的新闻便上了头条，也有了后来名噪一时的纪录片Grey Gardens，并再翻拍。

当你坐在那里，手中大把的似水年华便静静流逝，是否你像老Edie一样，坚守着代表自己的Grey Garden，或是像小Edie这样，Have your moment， even if you missed it once!

下馆子分为两种：吃东西和吃环境。

食物的价值，不止是味觉，视觉也是重要的组成部分。
